Fab Friday!

Check out the projects being offered for our ward's "Fab Friday" (aka "Super Saturday"). Note that we've added the Dry Seasoning Mixes and revised the Treat Buckets as being offered only in the smaller size. Orders are due no later than Monday, November 1st, so we can purchase needed supplies.

Dry Seasoning Mixes


We finally got this together! There are three dry seasoning mixes to choose from:

- Sticky Chicken Mix (tastes like rotisserie chicken) - $1.25 per baggie
- Ranch Mix (for dressing or dip) - $.50 per baggie
- Taco Mix - $.50 per baggie

There will also be several ways to "bag them up":

- no gift bag or card stock label ($.05 per baggie)
- cello gift bag w/ribbon & card stock label - $.25 (holds 2-5 baggies of mix)
- mini-white paper sacks w/ribbon & card stock label - $.50 (one baggie of mix)
- cello gift bag w/ribbon & card stock label - $.25 (one baggie of mix)

Glass Pan Etching - $1.00 per name


Back by request! You provide the pan, WE provide the vinyl stencil, glass etching cream and brushes. Last name only, or first and last names.

Gift Idea Exchange Table


Bring your gift ideas "to the table." Share quick, easy, inexpensive Christmas gift ideas for friends, neighbors, bus drivers, and teachers (school, visiting, home, etc). A few for thought:

Canned gifts - Open a pop-top can from the bottom, fill with goodies (candy, gift cards, etc.), glue on the bottom, and decorate!

"We Whisk You a Merry Kissmas" - decorated wire whisk filled with Hershey Kisses

"May Your Days Be Merry and Sprite" - decorated 2-liter bottle of Sprite

Floral Headbands & Clips - $2.00


Floral headbands and clips are among some of the most popular hair accessories out there, and you can whip up a few at Fab Friday! We will have some headbands and flowers available OR you can shop around and bring your own (in which case there would be no charge for the class). We will provide tips and tricks and everything else needed to put them together.

Holiday Treat Bucket


. . . think Christmas instead of Halloween! Buckets and Christmas themed elements will be provided. Check back a little later for the total cost of this class. You can also order buckets only ($3.25) and bring your own papers and embellishments for fall themes, birthdays, get well soon, or any other excuse to give out treats!

Gift Tags - FREE class!!!


Assorted scrapbook papers, ribbons and tag shaped die cuts will be available for use. Donations of materials accepted!

Scripture Totes


Turn a fabric placemat into an adorable scripture tote/purse. Be on the look-out for that "perfect" placemat and embellishments (don't forget the thread!) and we'll help you turn out a tote every bit as fun as these!

Pop Tab Bracelets - FREE class!!!


Bring 1 and 1/2 yards of either 1/4" or 1/2" ribbon for each bracelet. Silver pop tabs provided OR collect your own colored tabs if preferred (24). Start-to-finish takes about 45 minutes.

Kit includes everything needed to create two Birthday, one Thank U, and one blank card similar to those shown (scrapbook papers may vary). Envelopes are included.
